Azure – Air Conditioning Services
At Azure, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services. By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Service-Based Policy
Azure primarily provides service-based offerings such as AC installation, repair, maintenance, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). Since services are time-bound and manpower-based, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service was paid for but not delivered
- Service was cancelled by Azure
- Duplicate payment made by the customer
- Service could not be completed due to technical limitations from our side
All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Azure.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Service already completed successfully
- Dissatisfaction due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., existing equipment condition)
- Delay caused by customer unavailability or incorrect information
- AMC plans once services have commenced
- Service charges related to inspection, diagnosis, or visit fees
4. Cancellation Policy
- Before service visit: Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.
- After technician visit: Visit or inspection charges may be deducted.
- Same-day cancellations: May not be eligible for a refund.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
- Refund processing time may take 7–10 working days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
- Azure will notify the customer once the refund is initiated.
6. AMC Refunds
- AMC refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis, depending on services already provided.
- Any completed service visits under AMC will be deducted from the refund amount.
