  • AC repair & troubleshooting
  • AC maintenance & servicing
  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
  • Commercial & industrial AC services

All services are subject to availability and feasibility at the service location.

2. Service Booking & Confirmation

  • Service requests can be made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email.
  • A booking is considered confirmed once acknowledged by Azure.
  • Azure reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All service charges are communicated before service execution.
  • Prices may vary based on AC condition, service complexity, and spare parts required.
  • Payments must be made upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • AMC plans once services have commenced
  • Azure reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate contact and address details
  • Ensuring access to the service location
  • Informing technicians of any known AC issues or safety concerns

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Refund eligibility is subject to our Refund Policy.
  • Inspection or visit charges may apply if a technician has already visited the site.

6. Warranty & Liability

  • Azure provides a service warranty on workmanship and replaced parts, subject to terms.
  • Warranty does not cover issues arising from misuse, tampering, or existing equipment defects.
  • Azure is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Misuse or interfere with website functionality
